Shipping Policy

Refund Policy:

  1. Unsatisfactory Product Quality: If you receive a replica watch that does not meet your expectations in terms of quality, craftsmanship, or accuracy, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product, providing clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your replica watch arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost or provide a full refund. Please report any damage or defects within 7 days of receiving the product, along with supporting documentation such as photographs.

  3. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect replica watch (model, color, etc.) different from what you ordered, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If you choose to cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will process a full refund within 3-5 business days.

  2. Order Cancellation After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In such cases, you can return the item following our return process, and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.

Exclusions:

Refunds and cancellations do not apply to reduced or discounted items. All sales of reduced or discounted items are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be processed.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@supertimestore.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
